Due to the nature of helium balloons that they cannot be re-used. We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your product, or you believe it too be faulty in anyway, then please contact us immediately of your collection at Info@balloonsbybeeandover.com.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order asap and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not exchange. If you are unhappy please contact us.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I Return My Items?

Sorry We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised balloons. This is due to their nature, they are perishable and were customised specifically for you, so cannot be reused or resold to someone else. Please feel free to ensure your order is perfectly presented to you upon collection. We take no responsibility of any item that has left our shop .
